He or she recruits applicants, reviews resumes, conducts interviews, and performs background checks. qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

*

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Employee Relation, Recruitment, Timekeeping & Payroll

Preferably Vicinity of Cavite.

Preferably 1-4 Years experienced employee specialized in Human Resources or Equivalent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.

*

Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.

*

Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.

*

Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.

*

Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.

*

Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

*

Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.

*

Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy.

*

Interviewing applicants.

*

Administering pre-employment tests.

*

Assisting with completing background investigations.

*

Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.

*

*

Conducting training sessions.

Administering on-the-job training programs.
